BASIC INVESTIGATION: NON-DIABETIC USE OF INSULIN IN THE TREATMENT OF SOME NEOPLASMS USING THE INSULIN POTENTIATION TECHNIQUE. Dr.Donato Perez Garcia, MD

Mexico City. December 9, 2024. During the 14th Annual Conference of the Mexican College of Cellular Therapy and Regenerative Medicine, the preliminary results of a basic clinical research project carried out by doctors Dr. Donato Pérez García and Dr. Alejandra Calderón, Hematologist who was in charge of carrying out all the measurements in the blood sample of each of the ten patients who participated in this study. The results are very good and add evidence of how the effect of insulin is important to enhance and generate changes at the genetic level in the cell, in addition to the fact that since it is a natural hormone in our body, the entire treatment technique uses normal mechanisms. or physiological, of the organism.

This point is important because the natural mechanisms of cellular functioning are used with a substance that the body uses daily and does not require the creation and use of synthetic stimulators that would not be completely tolerated by the cell. The anecdotal evidence of more than 90 years of the use of this technique in medical therapy already has another positive result.

Below is a summary of this research study. Below is a summary of this research study.

BASIC INVESTIGATION.

NON-DIABETIC USE OF INSULIN IN THE TREATMENT OF SOME NEOPLASMS USING THE INSULIN POTENTIATION TECHNIQUE.

Evaluation of the expression of the tumor suppressor protein p53 in cancer patients receiving IPT therapy

In 1931, the German researcher Otto Warburg observed that cancer cells metabolized glucose differently, because their mitochondria were altered, thus directing the metabolism towards glycolysis, for this discovery he received the Nobel Prize.

Increase in TNF, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 (pro-inflammatory cytokines).

Production of ROS and lipid peroxidation (favors the control of oxidative stress).

Theories all based on cellular metabolism and not related to alterations at the genetic level.

p53 at rest its expression is decreased, and it increases in the presence of cellular stress.

The prevalence of p53 mutations varies significantly by cancer type and also depends on the stage of tumor development, with prevalence’s ranging from less than 5% in cervical cancer and 10% in leukemia to 80% in non-small cell lung cancer and 90% in ovarian cancer.

C-myc. It is located in cr.8, under normal conditions they are regulated.

Amplification of the c-Myc gene is very common in breast, lung, ovarian, prostate cancer, leukemias and lymphomas; while loss of regulation is more common in colon cancer, gynecological tumors and melanoma.

Objective: Demonstrate how p53 is expressed when the tumor cell is subjected to hypoglycemia as a mechanism of cellular stress.

Methodology: 10 patients who attended IPT therapy with Dr. Donato were included.

After obtaining informed consent, in a hospital environment and with hemodynamic monitoring.

CONCLUSIONS

Hypoglycemia turns out to be a stimulus for the expression or suppression of genes that participate in the cell cycle.

It was observed how tumor cells, regardless of the tissue in which they develop, present a decrease in tumor suppressor genes and an increase in oncogenes.

More studies are needed to corroborate whether the longer the duration of hypoglycemia, the expression of p53 is favored and a decrease in the percentage of tumor cells that express c-myc is observed.

Confirm if the level of hypoglycemia has a direct relationship with the percentage of cells that express tumor suppressor genes.

With these findings it can be suggested that IPT therapy has an epigenetic basis that influences genetic expression or suppression at the cellular level.

Non Diabetic use of insulin in the management of chronic disease and cancer. Insulin Potentiation Therapy Technique. Experimental and pseudo_sience: NO WAY

The disease, almost any, occurs within the cell. The cell is the basic unit of our organism. Each cell is made up of small microscopic organites that are in charge of making and processing the different chemical substances that other cells require to continue functioning. Cells are grouped into tissues and these make up organs. Within each specialized cell or tissue, multiple chemicals are made that are interacting with each other to keep the body functioning. These chemicals are taken from food and are nutrients. Inside the cell, in the nucleus, is the genetic material that has the information for that cell to perform its functions correctly and depends on the adequate nutrients reaching the cell so that it performs its correct functions and thus maintains the balance or equilibrium and the body is healthy. The disease in most people begins when there are alterations with the nutrients that, when processed inside the cells, stop secreting chemical substances or they come out altered and this leads to alterations in the tissue, which are the disease.
Medications are chemical substances that are going to correct the alterations created or at present or suppress a biochemical function so that the chemical alteration that gives a symptom is stopped. We use and make medicine with symptomatic treatments. We are not going to the root of the problem. As we know today, there is still no real and complete picture of the human cell and although many biochemical functions that occur in the cell are known, beginning with the permeabilization of the cell membrane to allow the exit or entry of chemical substances, there is a lack of Know more details about what each cellular component does, how you interact and its deficiency, what alterations it produces.
What is an experimental treatment: it is the use of a chemical substance manufactured by man and that must have a positive response to correct some symptom and at the same time must have few or no side effects. These treatments are done when the effectiveness of the chemical substance is going to be verified and they are done in a group of patients with clear rules of what can be expected as well as possible side effects. This is how all the drugs we have have been tested, they began as experimental treatments. Many medicines failed to solve the problem for which they were investigated or had adverse effects that put the patient's life at risk.
In the case of the insulin potentiation therapy procedure, it is not an experimental therapy, since a new chemical substance is not being tested for the first time. It is a medical procedure in which modifications are made to the doses or quantity of medicines already approved to be administered following a protocol that has been improved since the non-diabetic use of insulin began in the 1930s. Medicines have been used already approved, only modifying its dose because the use of insulin previously generates a drop in blood sugar, called hypoglycemia, which, as it is controlled, has no risk: it is safe. Therefore it is possible to make corrections of the cause (or raid) of the diseases. It is documented in various medical articles published in scientific journals that insulin potentiates the effect of many chemical substances. So the use of insulin in IPT is not experimental. The Agency for Medicines and Drugs (FDA) in the USA since April 1982 (in its own bulletin) confirms the authorization for the use not specified in the label of the medicine made by the doctor as long as it is done following the safety regulations. Therefore, “off label” uses (unlabeled indications) are allowed under the responsibility of the treating physician. The FDA Agency regulates that medicines for use in humans and animals are safe and effective. Many medications are used to treat symptoms of other diseases that are not on the label and it has been seen that when prescribed for the indicated symptom they have had the improvement of other symptoms as a side effect and this has led to the initial induction dose being Modify for other symptoms. The IPT procedure does not experiment with any new drugs or substances. It is not pseudoscience because nothing is invented and above all there is sufficient evidence written by different medical authors from many countries that documents the potentiating effect of insulin and Diabetes patients who administer insulin know that they must be careful with the dose of other medications that need to be taken. IPT is a modification of the dose of already approved medicines and many are combined following the same recommendations made by the manufacturer or the results reported in studies carried out in Hospitals but with a different dose, because insulin potentiates, that is, it increases the effect inside the cell that is where it refers to acting and that is why it goes to the root of the disease. The next time you read that IPT is experimental or pseudoscience, it is surely an opinion that only reflects the ignorance of the author of said article about the biochemistry, biophysics and pharmacology of drugs, insulin and cell metabolism.

A cool health story, involving the father of a race car driver winner. Insulin potentiation therapy successful outcomes

I have a story to tell:

Today, Wednesday, May 17, 2023, like almost every morning, I begin the care of my patients who come to their medical treatment, asking them how they have felt and then a physical examination that helps me to evaluate their improvement. Well, today being with my patient L. Colin, who has greatly improved his health problem, he tells me what he does and what his son does. As I tell all my patients, I am interested in offering him personalized attention with a medical treatment plan to fully attend to his health problem, I don't see who he is or what he does. Mr. Leonardo is doing very well and better than he and I expected in response to the treatment plan. What he tells me is that his son Jorge, apart from being an engineer, has a love for cars and racing. He has won first places in the Touring category and has won in important races, the last Daytona 200. Mr. Colin came to get my opinion and treatment because he was recommended by a relative who was cared for by my father more than 25 years ago. with good result. Today I met a motorsport champion. Another of my patients, who is a motorsports journalist and actively writes for a newspaper with national circulation, when he sends him a WhatsApp knows who Jorge is and today there was a network of patients and friends interacting. With this anecdote I understand what my grandfather and my father did with many of their patients who got better from their health problems with the medical treatment protocol that my grandfather Donato invented in 1930. If something works and gives good results, he did it in the past and today continues to help restore health.
